Every Action Counts

Data policy

Every Action Counts is delivered through a consortium of voluntary and community sector organisations. When you book a place at one of the Federation's Every Action Counts training events, the personal information provided by you on the booking form (name, job title, organisation, address, email address, phone number) may be shared with the Every Action Counts consortium, unless you tick the box on the booking form requesting that the information is not shared.

The consortium will treat that information in accordance with its data policy and will, at all times, act in accordance with current legislation and aim to meet current Internet best practice. Your information will be used for a limited number of purposes and will be removed from the consortium's records when those purposes have been met.

Your information will also be held on the Federation's database, unless you tick the appropriate box on the booking form to request that your details are not added to the database. You can request that your details are removed from the Federation database at any time.
